Perched on the 5th floor with lovely views of Bryant Park, this 10,000-square-foot space features thoughtfully designed offices, a lounge, cafe, and restrooms. Gabrielle led the design and management of this project, including furniture and art selection as well as construction. Despite working with a limited budget and being the first design of its kind for the Industrious portfolio, this project has exceeded expectations. Its success is evident in its popularity, with consistently full occupancy and a growing waitlist.
